Fun tee for camp!

Soo.... I had this really big camp shirt (that they gave us at summer camp), so I wanted to make it smaller and wear it for camp spirit day. This is what I came up with!

Project Cost: Almost Nothing

First, fold the shirt straight along the line where you want to make the weave. Then cut slits about a centimeter apart along that fold.

Then begin to weave one end of your ribbon through the slits.

Keep going until you get this.

Then begin to weave the other end of the ribbon through the slits.
*make sure you don't twist the ribbon!!

Keep going until you get this.

Pull the top of the ribbon so the shirt scrunches up at the bottom. Spread out the scrunching to make it look more even. Tie the top anyway you like (I recommend a bow).

I used the same method for the sleeve of the shirt.
