get an old frame ( i duno why my mam has pictures of slate?? )

take the frame apart and cut out a smaller frame on cardbord

cut up some fabric into a few strips and start gluein them on the cardbord

when thats done it should look like this--ish, you also need some carbord to go behind the small frame which you cover in lace ,

i used black lace over white cardbord (sorry i dnt have a better pic for this one)

then star putting the frame back together, frame, glass, photo, cardbord frabic frame and the back of the photo, all done ... oooh make sure you dust this old frame otherwise you'll have a dodgie dusty old photo frame like mine haha! x :)
