Take a normal patch (the typical elipse or any other black patch).

Draw the image that you want in the patch with a pencil.

Paint the patch with fabric paint.

Let it dry.

Place the patch in the desired place.

Pass the iron over the entire patch for over 5 minutes.

When the patch is in place, iron on the reverse side for 30 seconds.
