Vegetarian friendly Berlin inspired currywurst hot dogs!
We got to try currywurst when we were in Berlin at a late-night vegetarian take out joint and really enjoyed it. It's basically German sausage in a tomato curry sauce and I thought it would taste perfect on hot dogs with a serving of sauerkraut.

Step 1Start boiling the Quorn frakfurters.

Step 2Mix together the tomato sauce, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, curry powder, onion powder, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan and heat gently.

Step 3Toast some hot dog buns and top with sauerkraut. Place the cooked hot dogs in place and top with currywurst sauce.

Step 4Serve hot and enjoy!
