Sieve the flour, sugar and baking powder in to a bowl.
Crack in the egg and beat together.
Whisk in the milk.
Place twelve cupcake cases in a muffin baking tin and separate the mixture between them equally. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°. Decorate with glace icing, sprinkles and a cherry or use another of my cake decoration recipes.

Hello Cat,
The recipe mentions baking powder, but there is none mentioned in the recipe. I would guess it's only a couple tablespoons or less, but I'm not sure.

By the way, did you use a large egg? My mum usually gets medium sized ones so I added another one and it was still dry so I added some more milk.
