crochet, tree decorations, christmas
These are hanging christmas tree decorations I made last year. I used wool with a lurex thread running through and croched a standard flower shape. You can make them as big or small as you like. These are about6cm wide and I put a mini tinsel pom-pom on hte centre. You could back-to-back 2 of the same to make a 3D version!

Thank you Rhonda - I agree there are so many different types of yarn and wool out there I am thinking I could make pastel spring flowers to decorate for Easter!

those are sweet. simple but yet has the ability to make a statement. a person could, easily enough, make variations to the pattern for different looks for different seasons.
