I used a size F hook, but you can use whatever size fits to your yarn.

1.) Ch. 31, 2 single crochet in second chain from hook
and across - 60 single crochets
chain 1, turn

2.) 1 single crochet in each stitch across,
chain 1, turn

3.) 2 single crochet in each stitch across
and fasten off.

See it's that easy!

Drizzle some glue or spray some adhesive spray on them and you can add glitter.
