Crochet Soda Pop Tab Purse

Don't worry, I didn't drink all the soda it took the make this!
This bag was tons of fun to make! it took alot of time to collect the soda tabs. I had to put an ad in my company newsletter asking for donations of soda tabs. I used regular yarn for this project, but these photos were taken a while ago, and the bag hasn't held up as well as I would like, so I started researching. I found alot of other people have had luck with nylon crochet thread, something that has very little give, and will not submit to the sharp edges of the soda-pop tabs. I have started a new project using No.18 crochet thread, and it is going much more smoothly.
