I saw this when I learnt to crochet in January and coveted it, but thought I'd never be good enough to make it. Well, it turns out that you just need to be able to do a double crochet and you're good to go! It is a bit fiddly working out the pattern charts (if you give it a go, read the comments in the projects tab first for hints and tips) but once you get into the swing of it it works up pretty fast and easily. Looks cool too :)

Very Groovy! My daughter would love one made out of the HOT PINK Yarn I just spun up - will have to watch out for gauge with my own handspun yarn.
