  2. TRIM - color of your choice Start on one end of the earwarmer and work dc sts all the way around until you’re back where you started. Be sure to add 1 or 2 ch as you turn to create the corners of the earwarmer. Once you’re finished you can weave the extra material into your earwarmer.

  4. ATTACH FLOWER TO BAND 1 - Simply place the flower where you’d like it to sit on the band. 2 - Cut off about 18 inches of same color yarn you used for the bottom layer of the flower. 3 - Using the piece of yarn you just cut off, tie the edge of the bottom layer of the flower to the band. Tie a knot leaving about 3 inches of tail and secure the flower to the band. Be sure that the knot is on the INSIDE of the band where it can not be seen and not the outside where your flower will be. 4 - Weave the yarn in and out of the edges of the flower and through the band. 5 - Once you’ve gone all the way around, make another knot with using your left over yarn and the 3 inch tail you left at the begging. 6 – Weave in all extra material

  5. PUT IT ALL TOGETHER! 1 - Place right sides together so that the flower is on the inside. 2 - Grab the color of yarn you used for the trim 3 - line up the 2 end of your earwarmer - remember: inside out! 4 - sc across the top. Be sure sure that you are going through BOTH ends of the earwarmer. 5 - fasten off, weave all extra material into the band and you're done! TA-DA!
