Step 1
This is super easy:
chain 10, turn
10 sc, turn
10 sc, turn
10 sc, turn
now using the tube make 2 broomstick stiches, with 5 loops each. turn
10 sc, turn
Again 2 brookstick stich with 5 loops each, turn.
10 sc, turn-----
repeat until is long enough to go around your wrist, then:
10 sc, turn
2sc, skip one, 4sc, skip one, 2sc, turn
10 sc, and finish, cut the yarn, wave edges. -
Step 2
add 2 buttons on one side.

Step 3I'm not sure how to add another picture, but this green one was made using a bigger tube.
