Hold a shot glass, a phone, an mp3 player, an ID card, a camera, etc.
The bars in my area have started this new thing where they serve shots in small, disposable plastic cups. At the end of one night, they have a whole black trash bag full of one-time-use shot glasses. I, being the eco-conscious girl that I am, thought to myself, "I should bring my own shot glass. But who would want to keep track of a shot glass all night?" Thus, this necklace was born. They wouldn't let me take it into the bar with me (they didn't want glass on the dance floor) but I did take it camping the last time we went and it helped keep track of the one shot glass we had.

It's also very handy for other things like an ipod, pack o' gum, camera, etc.

i love it, make it a tad bit bigger and it would be perfect for wine glasses at wine festivals.
