I used the grocery bag pattern found here: http://www.knitomatic.com/patterns.htm

Bit's and bobs to decorate the bag were from my stash.

Sequin lining was purchased at Joann's.

This gurl loves bags and crochet.

I recently spied a Free People bag but the price tag was a bit rich so I decided to make my own.

I used the crochet grocery bag pattern found here http://www.knitomatic.com/patterns.htm and added a few more rows to the body and strap.

I'm loving the ombre' dying technique lately and decided to use it on the bag.

I spotted that bag and gushed over it on Free People as well and have been planning to crochet one as soon as other projects lighten up. I enjoy seeing someone else have the same idea and save over $90.
Did you dip dye it after crocheting it?
