- 0.5 Egg(s)
- 1.0 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp five Spices powder
- 1.0 tsp Ginger Juice
- Dash of Sesame Oil and Pepper
- 1.0 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
- 1.0 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1.0 tbsp Plain Flour
- Seasoning :
- 1.0 tsp Salt
- 0.25 Five Spices Powder
- 0.5 tsp ground black Pepper

Mix the chicken breast meat with marinade and marinate for 1 hour.

Deep-fry it hot oil until golden brown.Dish and drain.

Heat up a clean work, add in salt and stir-fry at low heat until the salt is hot.Add in five spice powder,ground black pepper and mix well

Add in fried meat and stir well.Dish up and serve.
