A pretty way to recycle vintage teapots.
Here I'm sharing a super easy DIY which is perfect as a gift and fun to make. :) It's also perfect for a crafty day with children, because they can thus be introduced to dealing with plants / herbs and can watch them growing. :)

    Step 1

Fill your cups with potting compost and sprinkle the compost with lots of cress seeds and press them down lightly.
Use the toothpicks and washi tape to make tiny labels (I do this with all my plants on the balcony and this looks so pretty and you can't confuse your herbs when they haven't grown, yet. Just wrap the washi tape around the pick and write down the name of the plant.

It only takes about two or three days until you see the first shoots and only about two or three more days until they have really grown.

Using tiny, kitchy vintage teacups, this is such a pretty project. :)
