Have you ever felt like diving under the sea? Well, you can partially simulate what it would be like to be a fish with this makeup! I used a small makeup brush to spread blue and green eyeshadow all over my face. The eyes are teal lids with a lime green highlight. The scales and gills are drawn on with a sparkly dark blue liquid eyeliner. I had lots of fun doing this!
