Measure around the widest part of torso (hips kids/ bust adult)
measure length (top of shoulders to just above knees) longer if not trickor treating (climbing stairs) -
cut felt to 1" larger then your measurment.
Sew along long side dotted lines
You should have a tube. -
cut out the purple areas
head and armholes -
now go grab a crayon and use the wraper as your guide
with a sharpie draw what you see just really big. -
now the hat
buy a witch hat
cone felt
slip it on witch hat and safty pin on inside.
