Why have plain vodka?!
This is my first How To!

I've made a pomegranate version of this which I'll try and put up soon.

You Will Need

Step 1Get you're cranberries and pierce some holes in them. You can either use a knife or a metal kebab skewer.

Step 2Layer them up in a kilner jar.
I used 250g of cranberries and it nearly filled up the whole jar. -
Step 3Add the vodka.
It doesn't need to be expensive vodka. I just used what I had in the house.
I didn't use the whole bottle of vodka, it was only about half full and that all went in. -
Step 4Leave it for 2 weeks (if you can!) but shake it every day.

i have made this before too, it is terrific in cocktails! and after i strained the vodka out, i did not want to throw away the cranberries, so i made an upside down cake with them, and that was really yummy too!
