very poverty stricken this crimbo, so decided i would be a crafty little christmas elfy.

1) first of all i did a cheese and cracker gift box with home made chutney and tomato relish. i prettyfied a shoe box with shiny paper, celophane and a big bow..did the trick nicely!!

2) secondly i painted some lightbulbs (special glass paint) with different designs...love hearts, swirls, footballs depending on who for. when you put them on the wall, it show that pattern its pretty awesome!!

3) i also made my girlie mates gingerbread men, and decorated them with lots of glitter and bow ties, cellophaned them and added this poem on pretty tags...
"they say good men are hard to find,
i know this to be true,
but i hunted far and wide and found one just for you.
he is no good at diy,
he can not fix the car,
but his socks are never smelly,
and he doesnt stary too far.
he always listens patiently and wont pester you in bed,
and if you get fed up of him....just bite off his head"
they went down pretty well, you dont have to stick to ginger i went crazy trying out all sorts of flavors. sorry i couldnt find my piccie of the finished gingerbread men!!!

4) feather earrings
(feathers from hobby craft - sooo sexy!)

5) i painted terracota pots with big flowers that i stenciled on, and the persons who it was for name at the top!! i bought some tuilip bulbs (extra pretty ones) and put them in the pot amongst other little gardener treats (little tools, handcream, bird seeds etc),with lots of tissue paper and volia!!
