• Step 1

  Get a can making sure it is clean and dry

• 

  Step 2

  Cut the top and bottom off

• 

  Step 3

  Cut straight down so you can lay it out flat

• 

  Step 4

  Cut so that there is a nice edge

• 

  Step 5

  Fold one side into the middle

• 

  Step 6

  Next cut a piece of wire about 1/2 shorter that each side and carefully stick the wire in the middle with a bit of tape

• 

  Step 7

  Fold the edges up.

• 

  Step 8

  Then fold the last bit over

• 

  Step 9

  Now spend a little while bending it to the shape of your wrist.
  Now run along to make you can cuff

I made one of these a while back but I never thought of putting wire in the cuff to keep the shape. Really good stuff.
