Out of a color of your choosing (i did black) cut out this pattern on the left. Kindof follow this pattern a bit, it doesn't have to be it exactly.

Next, sew thin white fabric as the sailor lines. (you know what i mean) Or, you can glue the fabric on. Then, sew a botton or fastener to the end. Use a red ribbon to make a bow or...well...whatever you want. Have fun!
