This is really easy to do.
Get some old clips or buy some bargin cheap ones at a pound or doller store. Get some beads, charms, ect. I reccomend taking off sequins and charms from old christmas cards.
Get your clips and stick the charms on your clip. Use wood glue-its sticks instantly
