I made these for a friend's 80s themed Birthday party .

I needed Neon coloured hoop earrings to go with the time , but since I'm more of the let's make than the let's buy sorta person , I DIY-ed my own (:

    Firstly , you'll need a plain hoop earring . The colour doesn't really matter (:

    Then you need beads of whatever colour you desire .

    ( tip : make sure the holes are big enough so you can loop it through the earring )

    Then you just loop it in , according to whatever order you want em /

    & your done! :D

    ( tip : get a whole buncha colours , it goes with any outfit ;)
