Use inexpensive and bright nail polish colors to glam up hangers cheaply when you keep wire hangers from the dry cleaner.
Apply a thin layer of nail polish (thinner polish is easier to apply) and let it dry. Add a second coat if necessary for lighter colors. Once dry, they're ready to hang and use!
