Who doesn't like buying new school supplies? Well sometimes you just can't budget it... I took a bunch of adorable asian product tags and packaging to make my binder look brand new!

Gather glue stick, clippings(it helps if you save them over a long period of time to give you a larger collection)scissors and paper.

Cut your clippings into desired shapes and sizes. arrange them on paper, and glue them. (Glue stick would be ideal instead of elmers, but that's ok too. It's only if you make a mistake, so you can remove it with ease)

When you are all done you can just slide it into the binder, but if you can spare the cash go ahead and laminate it at yor local kinkos so you can use it for another binder. If you still want to preserve it but not laminate, go ahead and cover it with clear packaging tape. There will be lines, but it is basically the same thing.
