I started with a magnetic closure, but was talked into snaps by a guy friend :(.
Well, I ended up having to tear the snaps out and sewed on some buttons to cover the damage. Then it was too late to put the magnets inside, so velcro it was.
Overall, I'm still happy with it, but am definately going to try again with magnets so there is nothing on top of the pics.
