I found this cute box at the dollar store and decided to use it at a collage party I attended on the weekend. I cut out various magazine pictures that spoke to me (interesting textures or prints or scenes or items). Then I just laid them out and tried to keep to a colour scheme on the sides and went with mostly knits on the top to go with the adorable octopus toys. Now I have a place to keep all my patterns and ideas for future projects and it's more personal than just any old box or storage bin. Thanks to Merchants of Green Coffee shop for hosting the collage event, hopefully we will do it again soon!
