Step 1Cut cardstock into 3"x2" inch rectangles.

Step 2Then start collaging! Use washi tape or paint to make a background. Cut out images from magazines and glue them on top.

Step 3When you're finished, seal the tags with Mod Podge. Punch a hole in the top and tie with ribbon on a gift!
