this is a home remeady. used since I was a child for those sores you get inside your mouth.

mix a dash of salt into a cup of warm water. mix it well and gargle it
spit and repeat
usually do this for a few days and it dries up

are you refering to canker sores? i use this remedy for them often. it takes the sting out of the sore also.

Swish with this to clean out a child's gums after they lose a tooth!! I did it all the time when I was little, and it always seemed to make it feel oh so much better!!
