You Will Need
Base
4 oz
Butter
3 oz
Sugar
1 tsp
Almond Essence
1
Egg
9 oz
Plain Flour
Filling
6tbsp
Strawberry Jam
Topping
3 oz
Sugar
4 oz
Coconut
1
Egg

Step 1Heat oven 180/ gas 4.
Beat together sugar, butter, almond essence & egg.

Step 2Add flour.
Mix together to a soft dough.

Step 3Press into a tray.

Step 4Top with jam.

Step 5Combine sugar, coconut & egg.

Step 6Pour on top of the jam.

Step 7Bake for 20-30 mins.

Step 8Cool & cut.

Step 9Serve.
