To do this I used a clutch placement leatherette type, as I cut was too big to let a little. I put it inside out and sew the contour (before end of cooking one side I added a belt made of fabric cuts and I sew it) to trim your top tips for rounded shape, so I turned the right, then cut out circles in the tulle and flowers I made with them which I sew them in a pearl center, then sew them flowers to the top and finally I sew the velcro to close it and presto!
