in a bowl mix the rosemary with the powdered milk.
pour into a bottle and shake a bit.
all you have to do is add a few table spoons to a running bath.

hey i heard that milk baths make your skin lighter. is it true? not that i apparently need it, my mother complains of how pale i am and how i refuse to tan. tehe.

Oh my gosh, if I owned a bath (I own a shower before you ask!!) I would soooooo do this, it looks gorgeous, plus... nice bath.
