Instructions

1. 

   you make a rectangle with right sides of two piece of fabric together. in this case vinyl pick a side they are the same.

2. 

   sew the two long sides and the bottom, box the corners, make a casing at the top for a drawstring.

3. 

   thread drawstring and voila! your finito.
