1st: Cutt the next line about 1 in a half inch. Then cut the bottom into a "u" angle.

2nd: 1st cut 3 slits on each lower side of the shirt. 2nd cut slits all the way up slowly making a angle in the middle if the shirt.

3rd: Take all those slits you've just made and make them bigger.

4th: This is pretty hard, the top of each slit [or bottom] cut a VERY small cut on each side and cutt away part of the slit.

Optional: Cutt a heart like I did or a star or anything at the bottom middle of the shirt(:

Finally, you have your clawed shirt<3
