I actually started this project with the idea of making a macaroon, but after some mistakes here and there with the TLS I decided on a cream puff. Nice transition, huh?
I remember actually making real cream puffs in my creative foods class..oh memories! I should make some right now...
I've been meaning to indulge in my sweet tooth anyways.
