I think this fabric was actually called "baby circus". I bought it at Joanns in the baby section :3! I love the baby section, I always find uber adorable prints :D! I'm pretty much a n00b at circle skirts, so the hem is kinda jacked up. But its got a zipper in the back, heart print lace along the hem and two bows where the straps connect :D!
I was thinking of adding ruffles but I'd like to remain sane. Haha.
