Who doesnt like stars?
I fell in love with the idea of circles and stars.

Attach one star charm to one beading hoop. Repeat process with second charm and beading hoop.

Attach bottom of one beading hoop to the top of other beading hoop with another jumpring.

Using your last jumpring, attach top of top beading hoop to chain.
