A really easy dress that is somewhere between 1980s and 1990s style.
I didn't hem the sleeves of neckline, but i like how it looks without them. I decided to do a lower back to ensure I would be able to pull the dress on from the top. I love how it turned out and it kinda makes me feel like dancin'.
