for those who get tired of chocolate
After much googling and comparing, I put together my own recipe based on the basic similarities of other mug cake recipes (mostly chocolate ones, blah) that I found.
It took me a couple of tries to get this one just to my liking, so I hope you enjoy it too!

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp whisked Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- chopped Walnuts

mix all dry ingredients together

add all wet ingredients and mix

add nuts now if you want them, or chocolate chips if you prefer

microwave on HALF POWER for 3 min
(my first round was on full power and I ended up with a super dense rubbery cake...ick!)
