first,pat the tea; with aneyesponge allo ver our eye up to the "crease"[ hood of the lid] or as far as youl ike [ i stopeed here because its sucha rich color] then blend in the hard lines

next, line your lower lash line with liquid liner[ black] ans put on any volumising mascara og your choice

And VOIALA!! now yuore ready for a photoshoot just like ciara!!:D
