Chunky Biscuits

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Heat the oven to gas mark 4.

    Mix together the oats, flour, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Add to the oats, flour and seeds, then mix in the oil and egg, until combined. Stir in the chocolate drops.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    put spoonfuls of the mixture onto a grwased baking tray (You could also use a cupcake tin), apacing them apart and flattenign them with the back of a spoon.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden, but still slightly soft. Leave them to cool on a wire rack to crisp up.
    While they are cooling, you could shove some sweeties into them (I used poppets).

    Share with friends ;)

Hmmmmmm....just wondering....gas mark 4 is aprox which temperature? o.O And yeap XD I like step 6 too XDDDD

Gas mark four is 180*C, or 350*F

Yes, they're healthy!
Their full of oats, and seeds, and that.
The chocolate just makes it scrummier :)

If you use dark chocolate(over 75%cocoa) then that would make it more healthy hehe
