Christmas Snowflake

This sweet snowflake decoration is quick and easy to do and will make a lovely addition to any Christmas tree.

  1. Step 1

    Snowflake Centre

    Cut 100cm of wire. Pick up 18 gold rocailles. Keeping the beads in the centre of the wire, pass the end of the wire through the first rocaille added and pull tight to form a circle.

    CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO ENLARGE. Start at X where you came out of the gold rocaille. To make the first 3 branches, begin with the ‘red’ end of the wire and add beads as shown. Repeat with the ‘blue’ end to make the remaining 3. Close to the snowflake, twist the 2 wires together several times to secure. Snip off any excess wire. Fold the twisted wire in neatly.Now hang on your tree!
