I made something similar to this and when I saw this project it reminded me of mine so I thought I would add it as a version! I made chocolate truffles, white white chocolate and dark chocolate and flavoured with Rum and Kahlua so they are adults chocolates but you could make kids versions too. The recipe I used for the truffles is http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/19648/step+by+step+choc+truffles and is a very good basic recipe. I then decorated all the truffles with white chocolate, Jaffas and mint leaves. Jaffas are Australian so if you don't know what they are, they are little chocolate balls coated in candy coloured red on the outside- find something similar or use gummy lollies in the shape of raspberries- whatever!
