This is a Christmas ornament that we made out of an old scratched CD and it is an easy craft for kids as young a pre-schoolers to make.

String a ribbon or scrap of cloth about 10 inches long through the center hole and tie it in a knot at the very top and that will serve as a hanger to place on a thumbtack or put on a Christmas Tree.

We used an old photo and fabric paint to decorate ours, but you could use anything you like, such as pictures out of magazines, leftover scrapbooking material, etc.

On others that we have made we have decorated the back also or paste a poem or saying on it.
