Recycled Wreath
A quick wreath made using an old wire coat hanger and a sack.

  • How to make a fabric wreath. Christmas Wreath - Step 1
    Step 1

    The wire coat hanger was straightened then shaped in to a circle.
    The sack was cut in to 3in strips then using a close zig zag stitch, sewed along both long edges. Thread this on to the coat hanger. Make enough of these strips to cover it.

  • Step 2

    Cut some poinsettia shapes from felt and sew the pieces together placing the gold beads in to the centre. I used these templates to make my flowers. http://eridoodle.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/paper-poinsettia-flower.html
    Attach the flowers to the wreath using a hot glue gun.
    Done.
