You Will Need
cardstock, scissors, glue

Step 1
Cut out heart, star or snowman shapes from music sheet paper, or scrapbooking paper, or even gift wrap. Cut black construction paper slightly larger than the music sheet. Glue onto a card blank.
If desired glue a small bow in the center.
