Chris's Cookie Cake

  • Completed Project: Chris's Cookie Cake Picture #1

For our 6-month anniversary

My lovely love enjoys his cookie cake greatly- but they're SO expensive! So I improvised.

  1. Step 1

Take your cookie squares and mush them all together into one big flat cookie blob.

  2. Step 2

Shape them into a circle with your hands. I tried to make a heart, but it's really difficult to make with such a big blob. And unfortunately, a knife will just mangle the shape-your best tools will be your hands.

  3. Step 3

Cook your giant cookie as directed on the packaging- make sure it is done all the way through or it will just come apart when you try to move it.

  4. Step 4

After it is cool and hardened a little (my boy likes his crunchy), draw on it with icing to say whatever you choose! It's edible art!
