Choocolate Hazelnut Peanut Butter Cookies

  • Completed Project: Choocolate Hazelnut Peanut Butter Cookies Picture #1

These are so easy I'm fairly certain a zombie could make them, however, it would take a living person to enjoy them.

Sooo....I should probably start off with an apology for not using my own photo. I have no camera at the moment. :( Please accept this image.

  1. Step 1

First thing, combine your ingredients in the bowl. If you're super quick, you can do this while you preheat the oven at 325 F for 10 minutes. If not just do the "dough" making before.
    Combine and mix:
1/3 cup of the soft PB
1/3 cup of the crunchy PB
    1/3 cup of nutella
    1 egg
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar

  2. Step 2

Once you've made a "dough" out of the aforementioned ingredients, you'll want to either spray your cookie sheet with the non stick spray or go the old skool route and hand grease it with a stick of straight up butter.

  3. Step 3

Now that your pan is all greasy, you'll want to make "dough balls". As you make them, spread them out on the tray at a minimum of one inch apart. Using a regular table spoon will help you scoop out even proportions of goo. You want the "dough balls" to be about the size of a quarter machine bouncy ball. To form them into balls you'll need to use your bare hands. C'mon it's fun... Once you've used up all the "dough" you'll want to take your fork and make two sets of crossing impressions in each ball.

  4. Step 4

Now that you've done the "hard part" and oven should be ready to go, pop the tray in for 15 minutes keeping the temp at 325 F. Have fun watching the lil' guys flatten out and "brown". Just in case 15 minutes isn't exactly right for your particular oven, you'll know they're ready when you see them become the color of wet sand on a high traffic tourist beach.

  5. Step 5

Take your cookies out and enjoy them!

Oh boy, I realize I somehow screwed up the word chocolate in the title of this project and then failed to notice it in the preview stage...oy.

I LOVE THESE COOKIES, AND NOT JUST FOR THE UNDEAD-REFERENCING DESCRIPTION.

Hey thanks. I discovered in my half awake stupor (not unlike the undead, incidentally) that they're totally perfect with soy white mochas this morning.
