In Russia, these are called "kartoshka" -- "potatoes". It took a while for me to finish making them because I didn't have a way to measure grams so I just sort of had to guess until I got the consistency right. Also, it was hard to find graham crackers (to crush into crumbs) because all the brands in the nearest store contained HFCS, which makes me feel ill. :( But it was quite worth it, I'm only sad that I finished them off so quickly.
