So sorry. I dont have any photos. I made them about a week ago and I thought (after I made them) 'I should have taken photos!'

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease two baking sheets. Cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Carefully mix in the flour and the baking powder and the rest of the ingredients (APART FROM THE EXTRA 100GRAM OF CHOCOLATE) until you have a smooth stiff paste.

Roll out the paste to about 1cm thickness on a lightly floured surface. Using a sharp knife or cookie cutter cut the mixture into rectangles. This mixture makes about 30. Place them on the baking sheets. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they begin to colour. Once done remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.

Melt the leftover ingredient. 100grams of chocolate. Melt the chocolate over a pan on simmering water. Once melted either dip them in the melted chocolate or smooth over the top. Wait for them to 'dry'. Make a cup of tea and enjoy!

i tryed them, didn't turned out as expected. the paste was too wet to roll out so i shape them with my hands (like making balls and making them flat later) and they spread a LOT, they are a lot bigger now and thin :P the first bake burn a little :( but the second was good ;) and the un-baked paste was awesome!!! (i always eat un-baked paste) xD the ones that didn't burn are great though :)
